ONE-OFF PLAN/DESIGN DOCUMENT REVIEWS
In addition to our usual design services we also offer one-off design reviews.
Design reviews usually take the form of a 1 hour zoom meeting (at $220+gst) and, should you wish, a follow-up ‘design review of your plans and design documents and return email ($1780+gst) with a return email consisting of your supplied documents ‘marked up’ with suggestions around ‘first principle design and planning, environmental design improvements & initiatives for consideration, aesthetic and spatial design ideas and suggestions, a general look for drawing/document/specification discrepancies and areas for further discussion or focus with your architect or building designer.
